This saddle pad is comprised of multiple layers. The first layer is a premium quality New Zealand Wool which is air ventilated, washable and can easily be dusted off. It also has a GRIP FACTOR to it, which prevents the saddle from slipping. It is porous, making it easier for the horse to recover dispensed energy and regulates heat accumulation.The Spine area of this pad is composed of SHOCK ABSORBING and TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE GEL on both sides of the panels as seen in the picture above. The GEL used absorbs the pressure from the weight of the rider and movement of the horse.
